Cancellation & Reschedule Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 4 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 4 hours before your scheduled time may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. This policy helps us respect our technicians’ time and allows us to assist other customers in need of service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
