Service Description
Service Call Fee – $50 To cover the time and travel involved in diagnosing your appliance issue, we charge a flat $50 service call fee. This fee includes a technician visit to your location and a full diagnostic of the appliance problem. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the service call fee will be applied toward the total cost of the repair. We value your time and aim to provide honest, efficient service every step of the way.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 4 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 4 hours before your scheduled time may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. This policy helps us respect our technicians’ time and allows us to assist other customers in need of service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
